                               RESOLUTION NO. 20298
        
        
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                   A DEED TO THE PROPERTY WHERE THE COMMUNITY
                   KITCHEN IS LOCATED AT 711 EAST 11TH STREET TO
                   THE CHATTANOOGA COMMUNITY KITCHEN, SUBJECT TO A
                   REVERSIONARY INTEREST TO THE CITY IF THE
                   PROPERTY SHALL CEASE TO BE PRIMARILY USED TO
                   SHELTER, FEED OR CLOTHE THE HOMELESS AND/OR
                   INDIGENT.

              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor  be and is hereby
         authorized to execute a deed to the property where the 
Community
         Kitchen is located, at 711 East 11th Street to the Chattanooga
         Community Kitchen, subject to a reversionary interest to the
         City if the property shall cease to be primarily used to
         shelter, feed or clothe the homeless and/or indigent.
